Dictionary of Ancient Egypt by Ian Shaw
Miriam Lichtheim’s Ancient Egyptian Literature vols I,II,III (you can get these easily online as pdfs - they are out of date ‘research’ wise but are fine still to read as translations of Egyptian texts)
Richard Parkinson’s Tale of Sinuhe and other stories
